Soft copies will be delivered 3 weeks after the event

Photobooks and frames will be delivered

12 weeks after Event date {3 months )

REFUND / CANCELLATION 
In cases where the event is been cancelled, a prior notice has to be given atleast a month before the event which will ensure a 70% of the amount is refunded , if the client fails to notify us on time , sadly no refund will be made .

Booking Fee (  20 percent Deposit)
The booking fee secure the the time and service of the photographer and is not refundable or transferable in the event of cancellation

Display 
The photographer may display any photographs included in the contract in his / her studio , portfolio , literature, display area exhibitions, competitions, advertising or slide shows and websites other wise agreed by the parties

Retouching 
The photographer will retouch , digitally manipulate, according to his or her own discretion , any manipulation or finishing which is requested by the clients may be subject to an extra charge at the discretion of the photographer

Copyright 
All images or copies weather stored digitally or otherwise are protected by the Nigerian copyright act of 1992. It is contrary to Act to copy or allowed to be copied photographically / electronically or by any other means an image as part of the contract without the permission of the photographer . It is understood however , that if a flash drive containing said images is given as part of the contract , that the client (s) will have the right therein to reproduce the image.
