- Do you travel? We film weddings across Nigeria and internationally. Travel fees
apply outside Lagos.
- Securing Your Date? A non-refundable deposit (see Booking Terms) reserves your
date. Contact us for availability.
- Payment Methods? Bank transfer, with receipt provided.
- Delivery Timelines?
- Trailer/Teaser: 7 days (standard) or 3 days (express, +₦150,000).
- Highlight Film: 2 weeks (standard) or 7 days (Heirloom Film).
- Full Ceremony/Reception Edit: 4 weeks.
- Highlight Film vs. Full Edit?
- Highlight Film: 3–5 min cinematic summary of key moments.
- Full Edit: Long-form record of ceremony/reception.
- Customisation? Bespoke music, extended highlights, or extra scenes can be
discussed at booking.
- Drone Shots? Included in Signature Story & Heirloom Film (venue permitting); add-
on for Essential Memories.
- Video Delivery? Secure digital download standard; USB included with Signature
Story & Heirloom Film or as an add-on.
- Multi-Day Events? Available with custom pricing. Contact us for details.
- Additional Edits? 2 revision rounds included; extra revisions at ₦20,000 each.
- Cancellation/Rescheduling Policy?
- Cancellations: Deposits (35% standard, 50% short-notice) are non-refundable.
- Rescheduling: One reschedule allowed with ≥14 days’ notice, within 12 months,
subject to availability. Short-notice bookings (<30 days) cannot be rescheduled.
- Force Majeure: For unforeseen events (e.g., natural disasters), deposits may
transfer to a new date or be partially refunded at our discretion.
