PAYMENTS VALIDATE BOOKINGS...

ALL PAYMENTS MUST BE SETTLED 2WEEKS BEFORE THE EVENT...

Once payment is made, no refunds.

Note: All Payments must be settled two weeks before the event date.

If Cancellation of the event occurs, no refunds. 
If the event is postponed, the company will continue with the project as discussed less than 3months.

If the date is 3months after the first date, the client must pay 50% extra to the company for the success of the required projects due to inflation of items might occur.

If the event is beyond 3months after cancellation. Note: Items used might have increased; the client must add 50% add to the payments. If payments have been fully paid before the cancellation date. If it is half payments paid before the event, the client must add 50% to the balance paid earlier.

The company can refund the client and inform the client if the company is not handling the event or if something comes up. If payments have been fully paid before the company decides, full payments must be fully paid back / refunded to the client; a month before the event date, or if half payments, it must be refunded to the client total amount paid..

N:B:.  The company must inform the client at least two months or six weeks before the event if they are not handling the event or they contract it out to a professional company like them with the consent of the client.

If printing is done for the agreed money, all printings belong to the company after work, not for the client, except the client does the printings himself or herself aside from the money charged....

If the client wants to have printings after the event need to pay for it to get it back.....
If the impromptu or contract date is postponed by the client and the company has gotten another new contract date chosen, the company can contract out to a professional, or the company can handle it themselves with extra 50% additional fee by the client for proper service delivery.

No abusive words or fights must occur with the company staff, and no bad words will be tolerated by anyone. If such happened, the company would take it up legally with the client and anyone involved.

Note: Any additional designs/ materials apart from the previous discussion after the contract has been made will attract additional charges.

Extra Materials, Extra Designs attract extra charges l00%.

Note: 10% of your Payments will be accepted by you to the refundable account, as your refundable fee.... You own your money after the event, it will be refunded....
